Combination Treatments Gallery

There are many times when we cannot treat a patient with just one type of procedure. We, therefore, have to use a combination of treatments such as crowns and bridges, or veneers and crowns, or crowns and implants, etc. The cases in the Combination Treatments Gallery are examples of treatment that can be provided using several procedures.

    This person was unhappy with her smile.  She had many overlapping and crooked teeth and her teeth were crowded together.  Orthodontia was suggested, but she did not want to wear braces for 1-2 years.

    By using state-of-the-art all porcelain crowns combined with porcelain laminate veneers we were able to create a harmonious smile and beautiful appearance.  All the overlaps were eliminated without braces.  This is what is sometimes called "Instant Orthodontics."

    The brown spots between her teeth had troubled this person for many years.  She wanted a natural looking smile that she could enjoy and be proud of.  She wondered what could be done.

    Combining teeth whitening followed by porcelain laminate veneeers, we resurrected the smile she once had.  A more youthful look was incorporated in the veneers as seen in the beautiful translucence at the edges of her teeth.

    As you can see, this person had certain teeth in the wrong places.  He also had some of his side teeth collapsing inward and a few deciduous ("baby")  teeth in places where adult teeth never developed. We don't often think of a compromised smile as a handicap but it can be.  Improving a smile like this is a great challenge.

    Achieving a perfect result in a situation like this can be a daunting task. With careful planning, removing the deciduous teeth, and using a combination of veneers and crowns, we were able to help this man smile without reservation or hesitation. This type of cosmetic and/or restorative dentistry can change someone's life as it did for this man.
